SchengenSlots.com is an independent appointment-monitoring and booking-assistance service. We are not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, any embassy or any government. We do not issue visas and we do not collect government or visa centre fees. All payments are for our own service.

Free alerts

Free alerts cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

AutoBooking

• You pay a booking service fee per applicant when you place an order.
• If you cancel before an appointment is booked, we refund the service fee in full to your original card.
• Once an appointment has been booked for you, the service fee is not refundable because the service has been delivered.
• Any remaining balance (for example the custom date window fee) is only charged after an appointment has been booked, before you download the confirmation.

Unlimited Alerts pass

• A one-off payment for 31 days of unlimited alerts. It never renews automatically.
• If you have a problem with the pass, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review a refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. See also our Terms and Conditions.
